However, if your question remains unanswered or you require further assistance, our customer support team will of course be happy to help. We always endeavor to help you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

To create your profile, log in and follow the instructions to enter your personal details, hobbies and interests. Be sure to provide honest and detailed information so that potential matches get a clear picture of you. Also add an appealing profile picture and use the option to upload several photos that show different facets of your personality and interests.

With a Premium Membership (€9.99/month, currently only €5.99/month) you get unlimited messages, advanced search filters, the ability to display profile visitors. This enables you to use the platform more intensively and in a more targeted way.

Basic membership allows you to send 1 message per week. If you would like to send more messages, we recommend upgrading to Premium membership.

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time in your profile settings. Go to "Membership" and select the desired option. Please note that subscription fees already paid will not be refunded. Your membership will remain active until the end of the billing period.

To customize your search filters, go to the search page and select the filter options. Basic members can filter by gender, age and location. Customize the filters according to your preferences to find more relevant matches.
